UK Mainland Deliveries

Free standard delivery on all orders to Mainland UK 

All orders are sent with either Myhermes or with our courier Parcelforce.

All orders will be dispatched within the given lead times on each product page. Please note all our products are made to order. During busy periods delivery time may take longer. Please do look at individual products for estimated delivery times. Bespoke orders will naturally have longer lead times. (Approximately an extra 7 days) 

Please contact us if you need your parcel more urgently and we will always do what we can to help.

 

NON-Mainland UK 

Includes: Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Other UK Islands 

All smaller items are sent with the Myhermes and the estimated delivery would be 2-5 days from dispatch date. Larger items will be sent with a courier. Please do look at individual products for delivery prices.

 

International Deliveries

All smaller items are sent with the Royal Mail and the estimated delivery would be 5-14 days.Larger items will be sent with a courier. Please do contact us on industrialbydesign@btinternet.com for delivery prices.

 

Accepting your delivery

Please ensure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery. Once goods are accepted from the courier signed or not signed for no responsibility can be taken by Industrial By Design for any loss or damage whatsoever. In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and call us for a replacement. NB: All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.

 

Damaged deliveries

We do our best to ensure that our products are wrapped sufficiently to survive its journey to you but we do have to rely on third party companies to deliver your goods to you and breakages unfortunately can happen from time to time.

If you receive a damaged item from us, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to inform us quoting your order number and ideally with a photo of the damage. We will organise a collection and ship a replacement out to you immediately subject to stock availability.

Our Recycling Policy

At IBD, we are trying to do our little bit to help the environment by recycling all our packaging. This means that your goods may not be packed in a brand new box every time, but all of our packaging is clean and fit for re-use.
